After seeing the work done on the neighbour's house expansion, the Ofstads requested to have the terrace replaced on their house.

We sat down and designed a custom look that matched their house's exterior, compared colour schemes and building materials that matched their personal requirements, and decided on a start date.

After installing a board on the outside of the joists the railing was moved to the outside of the deck in order to gain an additional 2 square metres of space. With a simple, yet elegant design, the railing system was installed to provide maximum comfort and safety. A drip stop system was also installed on the underside of the terrace to provide cover when entering and exiting the house on rainy days.
